TOPTALENT.IO processes professional information to help organizations identify job-relevant talent. We store records only where we have a documented right to do so, track the source of each field, and never infer protected characteristics.

Candidates may access, correct, object to processing, or request deletion of their data free of charge from the candidate portal. Deleted or opted-out identifiers are placed on a suppression list so they are not recreated by later ingestion.

Organization-imported data remains private to that organization. Contact details are disclosed only to entitled users and only where the contact's permitted use allows it.

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
