These terms govern the use of TOPTALENT.IO, operated by TOPTALENT.IO, 269 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016, USA. By creating an account, you accept them.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis for any candidate data they import and for how they contact candidates.

TOPTALENT.IO provides decision support only. Match scores are not hiring decisions; no automated rejection or hiring decision is made by the platform.

Subscriptions are billed per seat through Stripe. Trials last seven days and exclude contact reveals, exports and candidate emailing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
